Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

I received Craniosacral therapy for help with a tight hip and back pain. After receiving a session, I feel calm and relaxed. The tightness in the hip and pain in the back reduces and as a result, my mobility improves, and I have better functionality.

I am now more grounded and settled overall with reduced pain and muscle tension.
